Unwind reset and connect with nature throughout the year with mindfulness, yoga, movement, mediation, and creativity in our local open spaces.
Monthly outdoor mini retreat at either Cherry Orchard, Hockley woods, or Rochford reservoir.

I love nature and mindful creativity and spend most of my free time outside doing one activity or another. I find this time so nourishing and there is nothing more grounding that taking time to watch the seasons unfold throughout the year. I would love to share this with you.
Donation based
Small group
Duration of 2.5 - 3 hours
At one of the above venues, we will take a short mindful walk, taking time to notice and really settle into our surroundings.
We will then find a spot to settle and have a nature and breath based meditation.
This will be followed by either Yoga or Qigong movement depending on the weather.
A creative activity will follow; this will be different each time. I will give the details out ahead of each retreat.
We will then close with another small meditation and return.
As mentioned above, the nature retreats will run monthly from this month.
As this is weather dependent, the actual date of each retreat will be posted a few days before.
The numbers are small, therefore prebooking is essential to avoid disappointment.
This is a donation based activity open to everyone. My aim is to share my love of the outdoors and some of the things I have found beneficial over the years.
You will need to bring appropriate clothing/shoes for the time of year etc.
You may like to bring a drink or snack.
More details on parking etc will be sent or posted with each individual retreat.
If you have any questions or would like to go on the contract list (I will be sending each date and time out to the list first) please email me at jayne.naturesbreath@gmail.com.
I am a registered Yoga teacher and also a fibre artist and folklorist. You can find me on Facebook as Jayne Putt or Instagram - Jayne Putt Yoga.
I hope you can join me on a retreat or two and discover (or rediscover) the beauty of our local nature. The perfect place to reset and find calm in our busy lives.
Namaste
